Save our natural areas by pulling vines and non-native invasives that are killing our trees and choking out native bushes. We provide all the necessary tools and gloves. No experience necessary.

Meet at the stone stage down the hill from the brick building and near the lower baseball field. You can park at the lower parking lot and walk down the hill to find us. We will be working in the “tree island”.

Dress in long pants and closed-toed shoes to protect from angry thorns. Bring your own water.

There is parking at Norwood Park. Head downhill from the parking lot to find us near the lower baseball field.

Pre-approved for MCPS SSL hours. Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by a supervising adult.

Weather policy: We usually hold pulls as long as there is not pouring rain or deep snow. We will post messages on the LFWA website by 9:00 that morning if we need to cancel.
